Binge Eating Recovery Programme

This guided programme combines the full 12‑week modules with fortnightly 40‑minute 1:1 online zoom sessions. You’ll work through each module at your own pace, using the fortnightly online zoom sessions to review challenges, understand your patterns and decide on clear next steps. This tier is designed for people who want a structured framework plus regular specialist input to keep progress consistent and maintain accountability. Sessions are typically available weekdays between 9:30am and 4:30pm.

• 6 fortnightly 40‑minute zoom sessions

Across the 12 weeks, we work systematically through the areas that influence your eating including; structure, triggers, habits, emotional drivers, routines and decision‑making. Every session builds on the last, giving you focused guidance, practical steps and ongoing direction to help you make consistent, meaningful progress.
